If you notice the package is damaged upon delivery, please do not accept the parcel from the delivery person. It's best to refuse the shipment and contact us immediately.

We understand that sometimes you might change your mind. If you decide you don't want your order after it's been delivered, we can offer a refund under the following conditions:
